Review the terms and sign consent

Before payment is collected, every client reviews Lavender River's consultation terms, disclaimer, and refund policy, and signs a short consent acknowledgment. The language is plain and clear — no surprises.

Receive your payment link

Once the signed acknowledgment is in, Lavender River sends a secure payment link or invoice for the service you've chosen. No payment is collected until consent is complete.

Move forward with clarity

Your consult, productized service, or digital offer is scheduled and delivered. You walk away with direction, confidence, and a thoughtful next step for your space.

No payment is collected until the client has reviewed, signed, and agreed to Lavender River's consultation terms, consent acknowledgment, and refund policy.
