Refund Policy
Because all Lavender River services are advisory and time-based, and because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, the policies below apply to every offer.
Consultation services
All consultation fees — including Virtual Design Consults, Extended Design Consults, Virtual Paint Consults, and Cabinet + Fixture Finish Consults — are non-refundable once payment has been made. The fee secures Monique's preparation time, the scheduled consultation slot, and any post-consultation notes or recommendations.
Custom design work
All custom design work — including Mood Boards, Mood Board + Mini Plans, Kitchen / Bath Finish Edits, and Room Vision Packages — is non-refundable once work has begun. "Work begun" means any research, sourcing, or visual preparation that follows receipt of the intake form and payment.
Digital products
All digital products — including DIY guides, finish pairing guides, paint palette packs, and DIY room refresh kits — are non-refundable. Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, all sales are final.
Rescheduling
Consultation appointments may be rescheduled once at no charge with at least 48 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests with less than 48 hours' notice, or repeated rescheduling, may forfeit the consultation fee at Lavender River's discretion.
No-shows
Scheduled consultations not attended by the client are forfeited and non-refundable.
Chargebacks
Because all clients review and sign the Consultation Terms and Refund Policy before payment is collected, any chargeback initiated after services have been delivered will be disputed using the signed acknowledgment. Clients are encouraged to reach out directly to support@lavrivllc.com to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback.
Exceptions
Lavender River reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to issue partial credit toward future services in cases of demonstrable error on Lavender River's part. Credits are not refunds and have no cash value.
